Take one cup of peanuts or pecans, one cup of oats, one sliced apple, three sliced strawberries, one cup of raspberries and put them in a bowl, fold until mixed, add milk and enjoy.

Apple Seasoned Chicken & Lamb Stew Communion.

Add the remaining lamb and vinaigrette to the stew and let it marinate until the next night. Then add a cup of white rice, two cups of water to a small pot and boil on low heat until the rice is visible and water absent or for 15-20 minutes. Pull the stew out while the rice is cooking and place on the stove top on low for twenty minutes and add black pepper, two tablespoons of Dijon mustard and one apple sliced and black pepper spread and garlic powder over the boil. Add garlic powder and black pepper also to the rice before and after cooked. Then add cooked rice to the stew and allow to simmer for another 15 minutes. Then serve. Enjoy.

French Bagel Sausage Sandwich w/ Raspberry Tea

Add three caps of olive oil to a medium skillet on low heat. Add red bell pepper sliced to the pan. Add one apple sliced to the pan. Add two sliced brat sausages to the pan. Add black pepper over the ingredients. Turn until brown on both sides or seared. Place ingredients onto a plate then add a half a cup of red wine vinegar to the medium skillet, add two French buns to the pan, turn until vinegar has cooked into the buns and then turn until brown or toasted on both sides. Add buns to the plate and place ingredients in the buns leaving the remaining ingredients in the middle of the buns. Boil two cups of water over the stove on high heat. Add two raspberry tea bags, one cap of pure vanilla extract and stir until marinated. Afterwards pour tea into a cup and serve with the French Bagel Sausage Sandwich.

Medicine & Sweets

Add two washed sliced strips of whole red bell peppers to a large pan, six washed circle sliced whole potatoes to the pan in a circle around the pan on top of the red bell peppers, add then two washed circle sliced whole apples to the large pan in a circle with the connected potatoes, then add six washed sliced strawberries in the middle of the large pan. After add black pepper and garlic powder around the pan in a spiral, add then Dijon mustard in a one only line spiral, then add red wine vinegar a cup and a half, then add olive oil half a cup, then add balsamic vinegar to the pan touching every portion, then add honey drizzle around a spiral. Then place pan in the oven for one hour. During time period add five cups of oats uncooked, three to four apples in strip slices, one cup of almond butter, and 1/4 cup of olive oil to a large pan, one cap of vanilla extract, & drizzled honey. Then heat over the stove stiring often for five minutes with a lid, and after stirring the ingredients until they’re evenly mixed place in oven for 15 minutes, and when done place on top of the stove to cool. When potatoes are timed up pull them out add one layer of mozzarella and place back in the oven for 5 minutes then pull out of oven and serve the dinner with the dessert. A.HEM LLC. King Of Birds Pt 1 & 2

There is a society amongst birds that reflect the silk road of existence and non-existence. How they die in the sky in crowds, how they swoop in colors and patterns, signs, and how they mimick the rain or snow, waves and tornadoes, thunder and lightning. They mention their comings in nature’s prophecy, they leave with the Heavens meaning good weather, they have no sun nor sky, rain nor light from the sun, where they fly are the definition of eternity. Denying eggs that are touched by other life, leaving the sky or heavens as angels do through our genitalia tunnels. Birds have a way of protecting their own family, and it isn’t animal nor human, but spirit that gathers them near to relatives whether animal or human. What can leave life easiest is the King of Life and that King, King of Heaven, because it isn’t leaving, it’s migrating, a migration from one rapture to another, from one life to another, from one heaven to another, and if faithful, it is a dip from one part of reality to another rather physical separation. Dessert & Dinner

20 minutes in the oven on 350° to reheat the potato ratatouille pizza and serve. Take the remaining milk from the plate, it should be 1/5 of milk from this recipe: Apple Oat Danish Take one apple and slice it in halves, take four tablespoons of almond butter, half a cup of peanuts unsalted, a cup of oats uncooked, and sift the ingredients except the apple slices on the plate with 1/5 of milk on the plate. Sift until the butter blends in with the milk and mixes in with ingredients. Then churn ingredients into a circle in the middle of the plate. After add apple slices around the dish. Almond Apple Berry Tea use the 1/5 milk pouring it into a cup, take two bags of raspberry tea and two cups of water and heat on medium heat on the stove top. After boiling and stirred continuously, pour tea into the cup with the 1/5 milk and stir thoroughly to remove excess thickness of milk, then serve. Forgot to add: add honey on the apples in a circle, add one cap of olive oil on oats and peanut almond mix in the middle and expect enjoyment.

Letter Of Residency

After my mother reaches the heavens, that time being decades from now, and God willing, I’ll be moving to Jerusalem to worship and reside for the remaining days of my life. I’ll transfer my social security to that country and gain citizenship and a house. That’s where I’ll spend my days finishing my work in God in that holy country of Israel. For no pleasure but for the pleasure in God. That’s also where I’ll prefer and intend to be buried after I’m gone to the heavens, decades from here. This is my deepest intention of servitude to God for what he has done for my family in America, given us a place of freedom for centuries, and I go that those days cease in no way. This is my purpose both in this America and the Jerusalem I empathize with. The true nature against this sin is prophesying the coming of God, the entering of the room of God, and the presence of God. Faith in God’s presence is the nature against blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. This is both the rebuke of women and the seal of their waters who attempt these compellings of men. Sin and God cannot operate in the same space. No woman is holier than thou Ghost, and that Ghost fear their submission into the Faithfulness of God.

Potato & Rice Caviot Dessert

This is a very sacred meal. Speaking on my two wives. The seas and Joan Of Arc. The earth and the arc. Gaea and the Arc of the Lord. Using homemade banana vinegrette for the potatoes, and homemade apple vinegrette for the rice. The potatoes symbolize the Arc of the Lord and the rice symbolizes Gaea the seas. This meal is up to interpretation of the culinary partaker therefore I can in no ways share exact recipe instructions, rather I leave it up to the student or person to form their own keeping the secret across personal culinary construction. However it is served cold with [apple water tea having milk as the mix with pure vanilla extract for sweetness]. It is a wedding feast of the Kraken of Norse, or Serpent of Yahweh and the Seas and Arc if willing, enjoy. However I will say that evidence of singing in tongues is the Song of Yahweh. Prophesying With The Holy Spirit

The Vinegar Potato Communion Of Christ

Add two sliced potatoes, a half of a bell pepper, one layer of salt and pepper on both sides, three caps of olive oil to a pan, a cup of red wine vinegar, and turn on medium to low heat with a lid on top of the pan turning often until vinegar is boiled down or for 15 minutes, then add water, half a cup over ingredients, turning often, when water is boiled down or after 15 minutes serve on a plate and enjoy.

Bread Crumbled Chicken Fried Rice

Add half a green bell pepper to a pan sliced in dices, then add half a cup of oats, and take three slices of bread and piece them up over the ingredients. After add three caps of olive oil, six caps of balsamic vinegar, six caps of red wine vinegar, and turn stove eye on low. While mixing the ingredients add a bed of black pepper, a bed of salt, and a three layers of garlic powder. Turn ingredients until half fried or for 10 minutes. Then place in the oven on 350 degrees for 15 minutes and turn every 5 minutes. Meanwhile place a frozen chicken breast over cold water until ice chips off. Add then the frozen chicken breast to a pan of three caps of olive oil and add a layer of black pepper and garlic powder on both sides, and one layer of salt on one side. Place in oven for 35 minutes. 

Turning once every 15 minutes. Add half a cup of red wine vinegar to the pan 15 minutes in the cooking process of the chicken breast. Meanwhile cook two cups of rice over four cups of water. Add when boiled down three layers of black pepper and four to five layers of garlic powder and four caps of balsamic vinegar. Turn and fold the rice and when the bread is done pull rice and bread together in the same large pan, add 12 caps of red wine vinegar to the pan and turn for 7 minutes. Then cover with lid and pull out chicken breast at 35 minutes. Slice the chicken into dices and pour 2/3 cup of water over the chicken with top over the stove for 4 minutes. Then add juices with the tender chicken dices to the rice pan. Mix until sifted in together with all ingredients over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes, and wait to warm from heat then serve.

Forgot to add: Add a layer of Dijon mustard over the bread crumb ingredients after half frying over the stove before placing in the oven. Mix the Dijon Mustard into the bread crumb ingredients before placing in the oven.

When in the deep urban ghetto (Hell On Earth). Improv a testimony of that ghetto and project the testimony’s sufferage blame on the upper class on an individual basis. This psychological warfare tactic depending on how violent the civil testimony’s sufferage is a successful shot at the upperclass on an individual basis. This shot either deadly or passive. 

Film two films, a film speaking in tongues in a circular directive and motion. And a film improving its prophesy through tarrying and severe truth or passionate improv and tarry. This is prophesying after tarrying in a circular motion, and improv this passionate directive and speech in also a circular directive and motion showing identical relation to both films the speaking in tongues and speaking in prophesy. The prophesy in common language will serve as a weapon depending on the severity of the speaking in tongues either severe or passive. 

Relying on the eye of Horus (The Eye of Jesus Christ) create a nude film while baptizing yourself in water, speaking in tongues and walking in a circular directive and motion when speaking in tongues. Utilize the evidence of speaking in tongues to control, submit your body dormant or alive. Dormant submission is an aggressive weapon and passive submission crucification. These spurs of ideas or information or spurs of manic information is a ward against brainwash and propaganda in media, and targets enemies and a criminal mind before it becomes alert. Peanut Oats Snack

Add 1/4 cup of peanut butter to a pan with 1 cup of oats, turning for 4 minutes on medium heat until ingredients are melted and mixed in together and serve.

Peanut Banana Oat Cake

Add 1 cup of oats and 1/4 cup of peanut butter to a pan on medium to low heat turning for 7 minutes until oats and peanut butter are mixed and melted in together. Add ingredients to a plate then add two sliced in circle bananas to the pan with 1/3 cup of water mushing until banana turns into a batter sauce. Add banana ingredients over the peanut oats as a layer. Then cut one banana into sliced circles and layer over the ingredients to make a peanut banana oat stove top cake. And serve.
